Ready to make your own Pumpkin Spice Caramel Latte at home? Here's what you'll need:
Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 Turkish tea glass of fresh pumpkin purée (around 100ml)
1 tbsp caramel sauce
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp grated nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves or coconut powder
½ cup freshly brewed espresso
Sugar (optional, to taste)
How to Make It
Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Don’t let it boil—just heat it through until it's hot but not bubbling.
Add the pumpkin purée, caramel sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves (or coconut powder) to the milk. Stir well until smooth. Add a little sugar if you like it sweeter.
Brew your espresso.
Pour the hot espresso into your favourite mug.
Top it with the pumpkin-spice milk mixture. Give it a good stir (a small milk frother works wonders here).
For the finishing touch, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Serve hot. Sip slowly. Enjoy the moment.
